1. Schedule and attend a pre-application meeting. This is optional but can be helpful in navigating the process.
2. Complete a traffic impact study (if applicable).  View the Policy.
3. Submit development applications to the appropriate jurisdiction (city or county). That agency will then send the application to ACHD for additional review.
4. Submit civil plans to ACHD.
5. Submit traffic control plans to ACHD.
