Garden City - The Ada County Highway District Commission will hold its regular Commission meeting on Wednesday, August 14th at 6 p.m. to review and consider a neighborhood petition among other agenda items.

The petition requests ACHD to modify or remove the traffic signage at the intersection of West Braemere and Curling Drive in order to authorize a temporary one-lane south bound vehicular egress on West Braemere during the construction of Highlands Elementary School. The diverter was installed in 2016 to reduce cut through traffic on lower Braemere Road.

The Commission will take public testimony during the meeting as well as written testimony prior to the meeting. Any written comments should be submitted to the ACHD Commission by the close of business on Tuesday, August 13th.

The meeting will be held at the Ada County Highway District Auditorium located at 3775 Adams Street in Garden City.
