The Ada County Highway District is currently accepting applications for individuals interested in serving on the Pedestrian Advisory Group (PAG). The Highway District is seeking to fill one vacancy with an engaged resident of Star, Idaho.

The intent of the PAG is to provide guidance to the District about issues and projects pertaining to pedestrians in Ada County. The group collaborates on opportunities to implement innovative solutions for ACHD's procedures and practices

The PAG is comprised of 10 members, who meet as a group on the third Thursday each month from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Currently, the Advisory Group meets virtually, though the meeting schedule and format may change in 2022.

The chosen member will be appointed by the PAG Chair and ACHD Commission to serve a two-year term with opportunities for extended terms.

Star residents interested in this volunteer opportunity can send a letter of interest or fill out this form by COB on August 12, 2021.
