Headquarters Facility Closed 4/15/21

Due to a planned water shut off for nearby utilities work, ACHD Headquarters will be closed on Thursday, April 15th.

Due to a planned water shut off for nearby utilities work, ACHD Headquarters will be closed on Thursday, April 15th. ACHD Headquarter employees will be serving customers remotely. In-person services are expected to resume on Friday, April 15th. To report a non-emergency issue, provide a comment, or ask a question, please visit our website or the ACHD Reporter app on your mobile device. You can also contact us by phone at 208-387-6100.

ACHD has specialists on-call around the clock to deal with signal malfunctions, missing or damaged signs and any other issue involving the local road network. If you need assistance or to report a problem at a time outside of normal business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for designated holidays), please call the Ada County Sheriff's Dispatch's non-emergency number at 208-377-6790.
