Draft Policy Updates for Public Review & Comment

ACHD is proposing updates to Code and Internal Policy Manual Section 6000 to reflect current practices, improve accessibility and enhance public safety with new requirements for temporary traffic control. A Public Hearing for adoption of Ordinance 257 will be held on May 27, at 6:00 p.m.

This draft change is available for public review, and community members are encouraged to share comments by Friday, May 15, 2026. All comments will be shared with the ACHD Board of Commissioners.
