Draft Policy Updates for Public Review & Comment

ACHD is proposing updates to its Code and Internal Policy Manual to reflect current practices, improve accessibility, and clarify policies related to administration, procurement, personnel, project design and development, traffic engineering, right-of-way, permits, maintenance, and more. These draft changes are available for public review, and community members are encouraged to share comments by Friday, March 13, 2026. All comments will be shared with the ACHD Board of Commissioners. A Public Hearing for adoption will be held on March 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
