 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

  Request to Approve Minutes and Minute Entries from the January 3, 2018 Commission Meeting.

  Staff requests approval of the license agreement with the City of Meridian to affix ACHD street signs to three (3) streetlight pole locations.

  Staff requests approval of the Cooperative Agreement for SH-69, Lake Hazel Road and Hubbard Road Signals, Key Number 19997.
    F.       Proposed Vacation & Set Date for Public Hearing       Set Date for Public Hearing
  Acceptance of an application to vacate a portion of the Right-of-Way known as the Ash Street Alley and set the Public Hearing date of February 21, 2018.
  Location:   A portion of the Alley within Block 1 of Lover's Lane Addition situated in a portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, City of Boise, Ada County, Idaho.
  Applicant:   Capital City Development Corp.
    G.             Request for Approval
  Staff is requesting consent and signature of the Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix for a contract amount of $443,000.
    H.             Request for Approval
  This is the 2nd addendum to the agreement with ITD to manage the rideshare platform in exchange for funds to pay the annual subscription fee and marketing.
    I.             Consideration and Approval
  A Resolution extending the date for completing the requirements of Resolution 2205 to April 25, 2018.
  Location:   Alley between West Belmont Street and University Drive; Alley between Belmont Street and Beacon Street

    J.             Consideration and Approval
  Staff recommends the ACHD Commission approve the Genetec Access/CCTV Sole Source Procurement with CompuNet, Inc. in the NTE amount of $50,000.00.

  LHTAC will be presenting Road Scholars to Brian Cossins, Vincent Dick, Randy Abel, Jeremy Snow, Braden Thompson, Shea Teel, Carl Hancock, Jeffrey Dupuis, Dale Shobe and Robert Hahn. LHTAC will present Road Masters to Rich Myers, Tyrone Finch and Brian Rapp.
