 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

ADOPT AGENDA - Request for Adoption

CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS - Request for Approval (one motion)
    A. Consent Agenda A - Development Application - Preliminary Plats

    A1.     Certificate of Zoning Compliance       Request for Approval
  The applicant is requesting certificate of zoning compliance and design review approval for a 12,033 square foot Action Garage Door office and warehouse facility at 1680 W. Franklin Road, in Meridian, Idaho. The 2.1 acre site is zoned I-L and is consistent with the City of Meridian’s comprehensive plan. The applicant and staff are in agreement on all findings for condition and site specific requirements. This item is on the consent agenda due to a proposed Master Street Map (MSM) modification.

  Request to Approve Minutes and Minute Entries from the September 27, 2017 Commission Meeting.

  Interagency Agreement will allow the City of Meridian to add water and sewer utility work to the ACHD contract bid.

    E.             Request for Approval
  Cooperative Agreement for the reimbursement by ITD of fifty percent of material cost for the installation of LED black-out signs.

  Interagency Agreement will allow the City of Boise to add water and sewer utility work to the ACHD contract bid.

    G.             Request for Approval
  Staff requests Commission approval of a Cooperative Agreement obligating ACHD to pay its FY2018 assessment to VRT.
    H.             Request for Approval
  Staff requests Commission approval of a License Agreement authorizing the City of Boise to mark, post, and sign Alto Via Court as necessary to lawfully exclude unauthorized persons and to enforce such exclusion.
    I.             Consideration and Approval
  Staff recommends the ACHD Commission approve of the ACHD Sheriff Labor Detail Program (SLD) Contract with Ada County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO).

    4.       Public Hearing       Public Hearing
  Public Hearing to receive public testimony and consider Resolution No. 2206 declaring a portion of real property located at 3915 W. State Street, Boise, to be surplus property and determining that sale of the real property is in best interest of the District and the public and authorizing the sale of the real property.
