 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

    A. Consent Agenda A - Development Application - Preliminary Plats

    A1.     Duplex Approval       Request for Waiver of Policy
  This application is to construct a duplex and staff is recommending a waiver of policy for improvements on Maxwell Drive.
  Location:   7215 W. Maxwell Drive, east of Cole Road
  Applicant:   Big Springs Construction, LLC

    C.             Request for Approval
  Request to Approve Minutes and Minute Entries from the August 16, 2017 Commission Meeting.
    D.             Set Date for Public Hearing
  Acceptance of an application to vacate 1776 square feet (0.041 acres) and is subject to any easements existing or in use.
  Location:   0.041 acres located by 3780 W State Street.
    E.             Request for Approval
  Commuteride is replacing 10 existing vans with new 2018 models. Staff recommends awarding contract to Corwin Ford in the amount of $435,870.
    F.             Bid Results & Consideration/Award Contract
  Staff recommends accepting the bid and awarding the Office Supplies Contract to BuyWyz, not-to-exceed $75,000 for FY2018.

    G.             Request for Approval
  Staff request Commission approval of the construction bid to the qualified low bidder, Paul Construction, in the amount of $171,674 to construct a pedestrian Z crossing and ADA Ramps and Signal.

    1.       Public Hearing       Request for Adoption
  This is a Public Hearing for the adoption of Resolution Number 2195, an application to vacate a portion of Right-of-Way known as Moore-South of 3790 West State Street.
  Location:   On Moore South of 3790 west State Street.
