 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

  Request to Approve Minutes and Minute Entries from the April 26, 2017 Commission Meeting.

  Amendment to update SLA to match new Stewardship Agreement with ITD.
    E.             Bid Results & Consideration/Award Contract
  The low cost responsive bid was submitted by Sunroc Construction and Materials in the amount of $1,224,727.50 for the subject project to install sidewalk on both sides of Camas St and resurface the roadway between Orchard St and Roosevelt St.
    F.             Bid Results & Consideration/Award Contract
  Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends the ACHD Commission approve the 2017 Asphalt Paver Purchase Agreement with Western States in the amount of $362,685.
    G.             Request for Approval
  Amendment and addendum to the interagency agreement between ACHD and Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) establishes the terms for adding the design and construction to reconstruct and add/replace curb and gutter to 5th St between Broad St and US Hwy 26 (Myrtle St) to the current agreement.
    H.       Public Auction      
  Consideration of Sealed Bids of surplus real property located at 156 W. Main Street & 120 W. Main Street, Kuna. The subject real property was previously declared surplus by the Commission in Resolution No. 2179 following a public hearing. Resolution No. 2179 further directed that the subject real property be sold by Sealed Bids after first offering the subject real property to the owner(s) of property contiguous to the subject real property.

  Acceptance of an application to vacate a portion of Right-of-Way known as North Steelwood Avenue. Staff recommends setting the public hearing date for June 7, 2017.
