 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

    A1.     Rezone & Preliminary Plat Approval       Request for Modification of Policy
  This is approval of a preliminary plat, planned unit development, and a rezone for Knob Hill Subdivision. The applicant is proposing two 8-plex buildings, which will be subdivided on four lots.
  Location:   3091 N. Maple Grove Road Boise, ID 83704

    A2.     Preliminary Plat & Rezone       Request for Modification of Policy
  The applicant is requesting approval of a rezone and preliminary plat application for a 4 lot subdivision consisting of 1 commercial lot, 1 multi-family lot, and 2 common lots on 23.56 acres.
  Location:   The site is located at northwest corner of Tree Farm Way and Chinden Boulevard in Meridian, Idaho.

  Staff recommends accepting the bid and awarding the contract to the low cost responsive bidder, SunRock Corporation in the amount of $1,136,510.92.

  The low cost, responsive bid was submitted by RL Young Paving in the amount of $219,768.50 for the subject project to preserve various roadway segments in the Boise and Meridian areas by application of a microseal coat

  The ACHD Pedestrian Advisory Group was established by the ACHD Commission on February 15, 2017. This decision will formally appoint inaugural members to the Pedestrian Advisory Group. Inaugural members include: Drew Alexander, Kayme Blackstrom, Trevor Chadwick, Cynthia Gibson, Sue Higgins, Wava Kaufman, John Nesmith, Alexis Pickering, Jeff Ranstrom, Lynne Sedlacek
    H.             Request for Approval
  The ADA Annual Report for 2016 contains an inventory of improvements to sidewalks and curb-ramps throughout the county completed in FY2016
