 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

  Request to Approve Minutes and Minute Entries from the January 25, 2017 Commission Meeting.
    D.             Request for Approval
  Staff requests Commission approval of the construction bid to Idaho Materials & Construction for the amount of $1,986,469 to rehabilitate the pavement and upgrade of adjacent pedestrian ramps on specified residential street segments.
    E.             Request for Approval
  Staff requests Commission approval of the construction bid to Central Paving Co. for the amount of $388,472.25 to construct new curb, gutter and sidewalk to provide connectivity for students attending Meridian Elementary School.
    F.             Request for Approval
  Staff requests Commission approval of the construction bid to Central Paving for the amount of $379,658.75 to complete sidewalk on south side of Targee St. and replace existing culvert at Farmers Lateral.
    G.             Request for Approval
  This is a cooperative agreement between the Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) and ACHD in which CCDC agrees to pay the sum of $40,000 to help facilitate the concept design for converting 5th Street and 6th Street to two-way operations.
    H.             Request for Approval
  Staff requests Commission approval of a License Agreement authorizing the City of Boise to maintain an existing greenbelt within a portion of ACHD's right-of-way in the Surprise Valley Subdivision.

  Presentation of Road Scholars and Road Masters - Laila Kral of the LHTAC T2 Center will be presenting Road Scholars awards to: Brian Rapp, Josh Sittser, Todd Tegnell, Drew Birdwell, Mat Chistensen, Paul Moffat, Richard Schoffstall, Josh Stallings, Bob Wardlaw,Tony Jennings, Seth Clawson, Tyrone Finch, Eric Buschlen, Bob Hutchings, Jesse Lewallen, Shawn Thielges, Bobby Amidon, Mike Johnson, Reggie Pickle, Mike Dayley, John Hennefer, Scott Hiner, Rich Shaw, Mike Claus.
