 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

  SLA sets out the responsibilities of the parties in the construction phase of the project to widen Franklin Road, from Ten Mile Road to Black Cat Road. The Agreement must be signed before $6,951,000 in federal construction funding can be obligated for the project

  An Agreement between ACHD and Bogus Basin Recreational Association ("Association") providing for to perform winter maintenance on Bogus Basin Road such as snow removal and sanding and for ACHD to reimburse the Association a portion of its costs and also make available sand for its sanding operations.

  Staff requests Commission approval of the construction bid to C & A Paving for the amount of $1,140,648.67 to overlay various roads in Ada County. This is an HB 312 Project.

  To further incentivize the use of vanpooling in the region, ACHD Commuteride wishes to provide a reduced annual Boise Green Bike membership for all Club Red members by partnering with the Valley Regional Transit/Boise Green Bike (VRT/BGB) program. This partnership will allow all Club Red members the option of signing up for a discounted annual pass in the BGB system through a web portal specially designated by BGB.

  The ACHD Strategic Plan defines how ACHD will accomplish its Vision and Mission over the next 20 years. The Plan is intended to be a guidance document and resource for ACHD to consider critical issues related to growth, asset management, and resource allocation.
