  Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2345(1)(f), notice is herein given that the Board of Commissioners of the Ada County Highway District will hold an Executive Session to discuss with legal counsel the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation.  -  Information Only   -  -    (30 minutes)

 Director's Administration & Operations Report  The Director's A&O Report can be heard before or after a work session or the Pre-Commission Meeting or during the Post-Commission Meeting.

The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Information and inquiries may be submitted through Tell US

Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

  Request to review staff approved preliminary plat, planned unit development, and design review application to allow for the development of a 7 lot subdivision consisting of 5 multi-family lots (96 units), 1 lot to be dedicated to Settlers Irrigation, and 1 common lot on 8.44 acres, pursuant to ACHD policy 7101.6.6 an ACHD Commissioner requested to review the staff approval on February 11, 2015.

    2.     Public Hearing       Authorization and Order of Condemnation
  Staff requests Commision to authorize and enter an Order of Condemnation to acquire right of way necessary for ACHD Project #514002, Lake Hazel Extension Boise, ID. Parcel 3 is located in T2N, R1E, Sec. 1

    3.           Request for Approval
  Master License Agreement (“Agreement”) replaces a Master License Agreement (“Original Agreement”) entered into between ACHD and Boise City and a First Amendment and Addendum to the Original Agreement, granting to Boise City a limited license to regulate and control the size, placement, operation, and maintenance of sidewalks and valet parking, The new Agreement expands the license to include parking facilities, including vehicle detection sensors and public art.

    4.           Discussion & Possible Decision
  Staff is requesting direction from the Commission on which alternative they would prefer. Staff has evaluated two alternatives as improvements for the Linder Road and Deer Flat Road Intersection in Kuna as well as a no build option. This project will improve the intersection to accomodate future traffic.

    5.           Request for Adoption
  Resolution No. 2094 provides for the adoption of opening invocations before the commencement of ACHD Commission Meetings and establishes the legal standards and process associated with the invocation policy.
