    F.           Request for Approval
Staff requests approval of Consultant Supplemental Agreements 3 and 4. The Eagle Road corridor has been difficult to re-time due to the addition of center medians and increase in overall traffic flow and new requirements to increase pedestrian walk and don't walk times at all intersections. Initial timing plans for PM Peak and weekends have failed and the Consultant working with ACHD will develop 4 new timing plans for this corridor. The Eagle Road corridor is near capacity during the weekday peak periods and the traffic patterns on the weekends have made this the most challenging signal timing project ACHD staff have had to face. This has not been a typical Ada County corridor to re-time and ACHD staff want to make sure the best plans possible are developed to met the new conditions.
