Resolution Number 1076 ratifies and authorizes the execution of a Real Property Transfer Agreement between Garden City and ACHD and accepts a quitclaim deed for the transfer of the Garden City property to ACHD and accepts a Temporary Construction Easement from Garden City. The Garden City property is located adjacent to 36th Street in Garden City and is necessary as part of ACHD's 36th Street (Chinden Blvd. to Waterfront District) Project. |
