MERIDIAN — Beginning Thursday, Owyhee Storm Avenue will be closed between Ustick Road and Endeavor Street.

To maintain access to Owyhee Storm Avenue and Owyhee High School, ACHD will open a temporary bypass road located just east of the Owyhee Storm Avenue and Ustick Road intersection (see detour map).

Temporary traffic signals will also be installed at the intersection of Ustick Road and the bypass road to help maintain traffic flow.

The bypass road will be in place starting Thursday, November 27, and is expected to remain in use through the remainder of the school year.

ACHD is improving the intersection in coordination with the City of Nampa’s Ustick Road Corridor project.
