Draft of Ordinance No. 246A and Capital Improvements Plan

As a portion of the FY22 budget approval, the ACHD Commission directed staff to draft an interim update to Impact Fee Ordinance 246 and related Capital Improvements Plan. Listed below is the proposed draft update Ordinance 246A, Capital Improvements Plan and the associated documents.

The ACHD is wanting to hear your thoughts and comments on the propsed draft and documents.

The ACHD Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed Draft Ordinance 246A and associated Capital Improvements Plan during the public Commission Meeting on July 27th, 2022, at 6 PM.

Public comments can be provided in any of the following ways:

• Attend the July 27th meeting

The ACHD Commission has discussed options to reduce or exempt affordable housing impact fees during work sessions on the Draft interim Impact Fee Ordinance update. An affordable housing provision is unable to be included as part of this interim update. The ACHD is continuing to explore this potential within the confines of the Idaho Development Impact Fee Act.
