Construction to start in February

As early as February 15, 2016 construction will begin on the Linder, Main, 3rd Street Roundabout and Pedestrian Improvement Project.

What can neighbors expect?

  • Work will typically occur between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and is anticipated to be complete in July 2016.
  • The Linder, Main, 3rd intersection will be closed for three months during the construction and weekend work is anticipated during the closure. In the event additional closures are requested by the contractor or a utility company, ACHD will determine the validity of the request, the length of time the road will be closed, and when it will be allowed.
  • The work will also include, but not be limited to, general construction noise, dust, equipment back up alarms, ground vibration and lane restrictions with flaggers.
  • Please note that business, emergency and adjacent residential access will be maintained at all times, even during the intersection closure.
