Road construction and utility work to impact local roadways

Ada County - Several utility projects and road construction projects will impact local Ada County roadways starting as early as tomorrow.

-    13th Street north of Front Street will have lane restrictions with flagging March 25 for removal of some trees.

-    13th Street, eastbound I-184 between Myrtle Street and Front Street will have lane restrictions March 27-April 7 for pedestrian improvements.

-    Southbound 36th Street (west side) south of Shasta Street to Forsythia Drive will have lane and pedestrian restrictions March 27-April 5 for sidewalk replacement.

-    3rd Street between Fort Street and Washington Street will be closed March 27-28 for sewer main work.

-    The south corners of 8th Street and Broad Street will have lane and pedestrian restrictions with flagging March 27-April 9 for a CCDC Streetscape Project.

-    Broad Street between 5th Street and 6th Street will be closed March 24-April 21 for a CCDC Streetscape Project.

-    All legs of the intersection of Boise Avenue, Beacon Street and Protest Road will have lane restrictions with flagging March 27-29 to allow crews to install water services and hydrants.

-    Cloverdale Road between Musket Drive and Goldenrod Avenue will have lane restrictions with flagging March 27-30 for asphalt repairs.

-    Cole Road between San Fernando Drive and Ustick Road will have lane and pedestrian restrictions March 28-31 for a new driveway installation.

-    Eckert Road between Boise Avenue and Warm Springs Avenue will be closed March 27-May 15 for sewer, storm drain, and road work for a new subdivision. No access will be allowed between Arrow Junction Drive and Barber Park.

-    Emerald Street between Mitchell Street and Armstrong Place will have lane restrictions March 28-31 for underground cable work.

-    Maple Grove Road north of Woodlark Street will have lane restrictions with flagging March 30 for manhole work.

-    McMillan Road west of Oxbow Place, and McMillan Road at Wisteria Place, will have lane restrictions March 30-April 1 to allow crews access to replace a fire hydrant.

-    Overland Road between Ten Mile Road and Tech Lane will have lane restrictions with flagging March 27-April 7 for utility work.

-    Parkcenter Boulevard between Law Avenue and Monterey Drive will have lane restrictions March 31 for tree trimming.

-    Phillippi Street between Cassia Street and Franklin Road will have lane restrictions with flagging March 27-31 for overhead maintenance.

-    State Street east of Lakeharbor Lane will have lane restrictions March 27-29 for soil testing.

-    Northwest 4th Street between Washington Street and Idaho Avenue will be closed April 1 for storm drain work. No access will be allowed at the intersection of Pine Avenue and northwest 4th Street.  - 4/1/2017 to 4/1/2017 - Meridian - Storm Drain Work - ACHD, Central Paving - Jeremiah O - Road Closure, No Access through Pine Ave and NW 4th St intersection, WEEKEND ONLY - PROJ17-0010

-    Pine Ave - Meridian Rd to Linder Rd - 4/1/2017 to 4/1/2017 - Meridian - Storm Drain Work - ACHD, Central Paving - Jeremiah O - Road Closure, No Access through Pine Ave and NW 4th St intersection, WEEKEND ONLY

-    Ballantyne Lane from State Street to Floating Feather Road and Edgewood Lane from Hill Road to Floating Feather Drive will have lane restrictions with flagging at night March 26-31 to allow crews to crack seal the pavement.

-    Ustick Road between Locust Grove and Eagle Road will have lane restrictions with flagging at night March 19-31 for crack sealing.

-    Cloverdale Road north of Freedom Drive will have lane restrictions with flagging March 28-29 to allow crews to replace a fire hydrant.

-    Northview Street west of Curtis Road will have lane restrictions with flagging March 29 for water main work.

Motorists can expect delays in these areas. Detour routes will be posted wherever roads are closed, and motorists should plan alternate routes of travel whenever possible.
