Road construction to cause delays

Ada County - Several road construction projects starting as early as today will create impacts to local roadways.

-    5th Street (west side) between Myrtle Street and Broad Street will have lane and pedestrian restrictions tomorrow (January 28) through April 1 for building construction.

-    Broad Street between 5th Street and 6th Street will have lane and pedestrian restrictions tomorrow (January 28) through April 1 for building construction.

-    Kuna Road near Terben Lane (west of Cloverdale) will have lane restrictions with flagging today and tomorrow (January 27-28) for overhead cable TV work.

-    The north side of Myrtle Street between 5th Street and 6th Street will have lane and pedestrian restrictions for building construction tomorrow (January 28) through April 1.

-    6th Street between Hays Street and Franklin Street will have lane restrictions January 30-February 1 for sewer work.

-    Cloverdale Road (south of Granger) will have lane restrictions with flagging January 30 for power pole work.

-    Euclid Avenue between Howe Street and Highland Street will be closed January 30-February 15 for pipe replacement.

-    The intersection of Jefferson Street and Avenue C will have lane restrictions with flagging on January 30 for median removal.

-    Locust Grove Road between Artenay Street to south of Wrightwood Drive will have lane restrictions with flagging January 30-February 24 for utility work.

Motorists can expect delays in these areas, and are advised to choose alternate routes of travel whenever possible.
