The Commission welcomes public input on agenda items. If you wish to testify, please use the sign-in sheet to ensure you have a chance to speak. Individuals are asked to limit their remarks to three minutes, and more time is afforded to representatives of groups. If you want to submit written comments, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to assure that Commissioners have time to read and consider your views. Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda.

  Staff requests Commission approval of the construction bid to Hawkeye Builders for the amount of $198,155 to install curb, gutter, 5 foot sidewalks and pedestrian ramps on Targee from Columbus to Annette to provide pedestrian connectivity and safe routes to school in the Hawthorne Elementary area in Boise.

    F.     Proposed Vacation & Exchange       Set Date for Public Hearing
  Acceptance of an application for an un-opened portion on Deer Flat Road adjacent to Crimson Point Subdivision, 1.29 acres, more or less. In exchange, the applicant will dedicate an equal amount of right of way to ACHD. Staff recommends setting the public hearing date for June 10, 2015.

  ACHD Commuteride received a request for 2 vans from the Shoshone Paiute Tribes of Duck Valley. Adoption of Resolution 2099 for the transfer of VIN#1FBSS31LX8DA13162 and VIN#1FBSS31LX8DA13165 to the Shoshone Paiute.

  Cooperative Development Agreement for the design and construction of Eagle Road bridge 247.
  Location:   Eagle Road approximately 2,285 feet south of Amity Road.

  Staff completed construction of the project on March 30, 2015. Extra work was encountered during the course of the project and staff extended the original bid quantities to complete the work. The extra work completed exceeded 15% of the original contract amount and, therefore, requires Commission approval.
