The ACHD Commission adopted Ordinance 208 at its August 26, 2009 meeting. This update to the Impact Fee Ordinance went into effect on October 1, 2009.

By law, ACHD must update the ordinance and Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) every three years to ensure the fees account for current economic conditions, infrastructure needs and completed projects.
