Elected officials from Ada County, Eagle and Garden City, a mix of current and former employees and Commissioners and some of the citizens who helped bring Idaho's only countywide highway district into being took a moment on January 18, 2012 to celebrate the anniversary.
The event started with the ACHD Commission meeting and included President Rebecca Arnold reading a proclamation calling out the District's history as well as its aspirations for the future. Director Bruce Wong briefed the group on ACHD's status and near-term goals before the group enjoyed refreshments.
